After watching The Revenant twice, we decided it would be a good idea to spend some time in the wintery wilderness of Yosemite. We also thought we should test out our cold weather gear for our upcoming trip to Scandinavia. The first view of the valley was promising, snow-capped peaks and clear skies would make for some nice hiking.
